Saturday, June 26 - INCLINE VILLAGE LIBRARY CELEBRATES 5 YEARS IN NEW FACILITY WITH EVENTS ALL DAY
Help us commemorate our 5th year in our new facility, as Incline Village celebrates its 50th year. Birthday cake will be served throughout the day! Celebrate our birthday by “gifting” a periodical and paying for a one-year subscription for our branch. Simply visit the Incline Village Library to see a list of magazine and newspaper “wish list” titles and make your selection. Donations are tax-deductible.
- 12:30-1:15 p.m. Happy Birthday Story Time. Listen to stories about birthdays and complete a fun craft. Children.
- 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. Dance Dance Revolution &Guitar Hero Contest. Bring your friends and your “A” game to your library as we host a competition featuring the popular dance and guitar video games. Children and Teens.
- 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Babe and the Baminos Chautauqua. Join Babe Ruth (Chautauquan Frank Mullen) for this children’s program centered on Babe Ruth’s connection with his young fans. Ruth memorabilia will be on display and kids will have a chance to interact with “The Babe”. All ages.
